We believe therapy should be relational, respectful, and rooted in your lived experience.

Hi, I’m glad you are here, and I want to share a little bit more about myself.

Telehealth therapy in Georgia Dr. Tiffany Brooks

I believe wholeheartedly that you should shop for a therapist who is right for you, so I want you to have all your questions answered.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (GA), counselor educator, supervisor, and speaker with almost two decades of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and emerging professionals. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you are the expert on your story, and your identity—your race, gender, sexuality, faith, community, personality, and values—deserves to be seen, honored, and understood in the counseling process.

My approach blends Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Liberation Psychology, and expressive methods like art, journaling, and play-informed strategies. I value relationships and work in a way that feels collaborative, grounded, and empowering. Together, we explore the patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—and we take steps toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Over the years, I’ve supported clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family stress, identity development, career transitions, spiritual trauma, racial stress, and experiences of marginalization. My goal is to offer you a space where your full humanity is welcomed and where you can reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of agency.

In addition to my clinical work, I’m an Associate Professor of Counselor Education, a researcher, and an active leader in state and national counseling organizations. Advocacy, mentorship, and community-building are central to who I am—professionally and personally.

If you’re looking for someone who will walk alongside you, challenge you gently, and help you make sense of what you’re carrying, I’d be honored to talk with you. Let’s schedule a consultation and explore whether we’re a good fit.
